Project Description

The site consists of six blocks located over the Crossrail development.  Due to the intense procurement programme we were instructed to undertake the procurement of the trade packages for Block C; a 22 storey residential tower, and  Block D a 12 storey residential tower both with  commercial units to the ground floor.  

Added Value

Our responsive and collaborative approach enabled us to integrate into the Client's existing commercial team to deliver the packages on  programme and within budget.  We carried out life cycle cost studies alongside the Architect  to ensure that value for money was provided during the use of the building as well as the construction stage.
