Project Description

The Park Street and Stoney Street scheme involves the refurbishment and extension of listed buildings on an extremely constrained site.  Collaborating with the design team during the design period enabled us, as a team, to obtain tenders within budget and to the quality required by our client.

Added Value

We brought added value to this project through our intimate knowledge of the job which meant we were able to control cost on a difficult refurbishment project to ensure the client achieved value for money.
