Project Description

Based on London and Quadrant’s (London and Quadrant (L&Q)) award winning successful stock transfer of three large residential areas equating to 1,900 homes within Lewisham, we were instructed to deliver the works within two of the areas, Rushey Green and Catford.  Victorian/Edwardian Street properties are predominantly found in the two transfer areas. Many of which were converted into flats in the 1970’s with a number of properties within Conservation Areas and others listed. The programme consisted of unique properties that presented challenges regarding the external restoration. We specialised in delivering decent homes, window replacement and restoration, works to historical buildings, structural repair/reinstatement, refurbishments and conversions as well as external restoration and environmental programmes.
