Description

The regeneration of the existing estate achieved planning consent in December 2012 for a total of 118 mixed tenure residential properties and approximately 1,000sqm of new commercial space. 

Our client Newlon received 22 houses for general needs occupaton and 25 flats for Intermediate Rent.

Added Value

Working closely with our client as their Employer's Agent, we were able to quickly develop a strong project team mentallity with the developer and other key stakeholders in the project to deliver the project efficiently and within our client's budget.
