Project Description

On this 24 unit scheme, we supplied a range of services including Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyors (QS’s), CDM-Cs and Clerk of Works. Due to our approach to problem solving and communication we were able to deliver a fully integrated solution to our Client.

Added Value

Our Higham Hill scheme involved a process of using site investigation to reduce pricing risks, resulting in cost-effective savings.  The sums saved were reinvested in reducing the energy consumption in the buildings on site, achieving Code Level 4+ as a scheme. All homes achieved a 60% improvement over the TER, and five of the units were upgraded to achieve an 80% improvement.
