Project Description

Martin Arnold restored a converted Georgian Property in a Conservation Area following a fire. Intially, we liased with Structural Engineer to make the building safe. We then worked with a specialist disaster company to clean the air and surfaces of dangerous chemicals within the building and dry it out. Following this, we prepared tender documents including specification and drawings. The project required close liaison with the Client, Leaseholders, tenants, Loss Adjuster and the Local Authority.

Critical Challenges

All of the works were carried out above an occupied flat. The resident iof the ground floor flat had ongoing health problems which meant that works were reprogrammed around their needs.


Works had to be agreed with Loss Adjuster as well as Client and Leaseholder.
