Project Description

Finsbury Pavement was Martin Arnold's first Employer's Agent commission for WeWork and so had to adapt quickly to their style of working and highpace programme requirements. The project included a full WeWork specification to 7 floors of central london office space  and critically was delivered on time for opening.

Critical Challenges 

Challenges on this project, aside from the driving programme factor, included extensive liasison with the landlord's surveyor requiring approval for design elements which could have delayed delivery date and a number of signifcant late changes to floor plate layouts to manage.
