The site is a 10 storey block that forms part of Berkeley Homes regeneration of Woolwich Arsenal as part of their Royal Arsenal Riverside development .  This particular part of the development is a Section 106 scheme with Notting Hill Home Ownership delivering 75 high quality apartments for shared ownership.

Added Value

Working to Berkeley Homes tight timescales for approvals meant that a collaborative approach was required to ensure that all design proposal were checked, commented upon and approved with the client in the time allowed.
