Project Description

The works comprise of the demolition of the existing buildings within the farm yard and the replacement with 3no. 4 bedroom residential units of similar size, scale and condition. The works also include all associated parking and ground works.

 

Critical Challenges

During the project there were many key challenges such as planning requesting air source heat pumps to be installed on the larger units to meet space heating regulations midway through the project. Challenges such as mirroring the previous farm buildings with a modern touch, creating a high end luxury unit with a farmhouse style. Adding value through luxury materials, high end furnishings and making use of large plot areas.
